United Arts “DTOLive!”
United Arts’ “DTOLive! program” is an initiative in Downtown Orlando that transforms public spaces into lively stages, showcasing local musicians, performers, and artists throughout the city. It pays artists for over 900+ events throughout the year. I am the music production coordinator in charge of executing these 900+ events each year.
I produce 900+ events a year
As the music production coordinator, I’m in charge of:
– 850+ street performances solo acts or duos
– 50+ full band performances at Lake Eola amphitheater
– 14+ performances for Lake Eola holiday season concerts for city of Orlando
– Fan zone performances for playoff season for Orlando’s soccer teams, the Orlando City Lions and Orlando Pride at Inter&Co.’s Stadium
– Half time shows for Inter&Co stadium.
– Provide performers for private events for organizations like the Downtown Development Board, and Fairwinds Credit Union.
Award-winning productions
For our execution of over 900+ events a year, this program won the Downtown Orlando Partnership’s Golden Brick “Gamechanger” Award for the “DTOLive!” program.
We also won a national award, and presented our work at the “Imagine, Create, Activate!” Creative Placemaking conference.
