– Organize and plan over 900+ events a year for United Arts, including city-wide performances, halftime shows at Orlando City’s soccer stadium, performances at Universal Studios, performances at Lake Eola amphitheater, corporate events, private events, and more.
– Manage audio production for every event, including equipment, onsite setup, and audio engineering, as well as scheduling and coordination with performing musical acts. Handle all technical needs for audiovisual presentations

CEO & Founder, Ecos Fest
(2021 – Present)
– I’m the CEO and Founder of Central Florida’s largest annual festival celebrating Latin excellency in music, theatre, dance, and arts. I host an annual festival, as well as monthly concert series, open mics, and industry panels – totaling over 80+ Ecos events since 2021.
– Conceptualized, promoted and produced the Ecos Music & Arts Festival with an emphasis on creating a system of value for professional, independent artists, by compensating them fairly for their work.
– Curated all visual art and musical acts for the festival, both acoustic and full band. Partnered with professionals in the industry to curate dance and theater acts. Partnered with City Arts gallery to accommodate visual artists needs.
– Partnered with local organizations to raise funds for artist compensation and production.
– Curated and coordinated with select artists to inform them of artistic performances and galleries, stage schedule, tech riders, event logistics, setup, breakdown, and more.
– Contracted an audio production company to provide sound equipment and setup for the event, an oversaw all technical audio production of the event.
– Created press releases and partnered with local media for promotion of the event. Created and distributed physical promo materials to different locations in the city, as well as social media ads and website marketing. Partnered with local media partners to promote the event in print, radio, and news outlets.

Events Production Manager & Music Curator, Fusion Fest
(2023 – 2024)
– Organize and plan Fusion Fest, Orlando’s largest annual cultural festival with 100+ countries exhibiting music, theater, dance, art, fashion, and food.
– Organize and plan over 20+ events a year for Orange County’s Director of Arts & Cultural affairs office, including: film festivals, executive chef culinary contests, parades, art gallery shows, culinary dining events, outreach events, and more

Audio Instructor, Melrose Center
(2014 – 2021)
– Management and sound engineering of the Melrose Center’s music recording studio, engineered weekly live sound concerts, podcasts, and live album recording sessions
– Worked on editing, post-production, and mixing of content derived from events and projects like the “Melrose in the Mix” series spotlighted by PBS, and the “Reel to Real” podcast hosted by Grammy award-winning audio engineer Bruce Hensal.
– Produced, promoted, and ran events such as music festivals and audio industry meetups, like the Orlando Ableton group, with attendees like mastering engineer and author Bob Katz, international electronic artist DiVinci, and Ableton-certified Full Sail professors.
– Designed and instructed on audio engineering courses in a full live stage and audio recording studio for course topics that ranged from microphone theory and signal routing to software-specific training for Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and Logic Pro.
– Served as team lead for audio studio maintenance, scheduling, and management, as well as audio equipment purchasing consultant
Organizer Producer & Promoter, No Tan Radio Fest
(2010 – 2019)
– Organized a music festival from inception to live show with dozens of musical acts and visual artists, starting at the Plaza Live Theatre commercially in 2010, and recently as a community non-profit at the Melrose Center in 2019 with over 400 attendees
– Organized and produced all event promotional strategies, including coordination with local radio hosts, and created the full event’s program. Lead team logistics for budgeting the necessary equipment for the production of the event
